The Importance of Wedding Planning

Congratulations on your engagement! Now is the time to sit back and daydream all the details of your wedding day, and then the stereotypical anticipation of the dread of wedding planning sets in…

(Deep breath, close eye, hold from 3,2,1..exhale, open eyes)

It’s not a bad as you may think, but it get’s easier when you have the right vendors with experience in wedding planning.

With a right group of vendors, that are coordinating and collaborating, there really is no need of the expense of a “Day of Coordinator”. Not throwing DOC’s & Planners ( I have met some great ones) under the bus, but in the past 6 year there has been some cross-over between actual planners, coordinator and set designers. and that is where it can become disconnected. (Same reason why I limit the services I offer per client/event)

As one of your vendors, I work with the other vendors & you to make sure that the plan is adequately planned, the schedule is shared across all your vendors & key people, and effective communications is established between the entire wedding team.

“Business first, Pleasure second”

I ave enjoyed smooth running well planned wedding, where all the vendors work seamlessly, and adjust to changes in the schedule with absolute gracefully, and more importantly, and the newlyweds and their guest barely notice any changes happening in the background.

I have also supported weddings where planning was not a priority or the plan completely ignored, and the results were more chaotic and stressful, and the bride having additionally stressed, and have to perform “damage control” on their wedding day.  That’s not fun for anyone.

Planning is something I automatically start doing from the start of journey I making your day seamless and amazing.
